Karlovac University of Applied Sciences is a high education institution which successfully educated generations and generations of experts in various fields of expertise. We implement development and applied research in line with economic demands and we successfully cooperate with employers with the goal of promoting our teaching processes

Our classes are held by over 62 permanently employed professors and assistants as well as external associates. Each study programme implements a considerable number of field and practical classes in cooperation with employers and mentors.
State-of-the-art laboratories and practicums
Classes are held in newly equipped laboratories and practicums used for scientific, research, educational and commercial purposes which encourages student and teacher development as well as facilitates innovations.
Microbrewery
We especially highlight our microbrewery in the main building of the Karlovac University of Applied Sciences where the students of Food Technology experience the full process of producing beer and developing new beer products, allowing them at the same time to acquire practical knowledge applicable on the labour market or for starting up a personal microbrewery.

Student Home
Karlovac Student Home provides accommodation for 151 students. It is located in immediate proximity of the University. Each room is equipped with a bathroom, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. There is a shared kitchen and a student lounge on each floor. The meals are provided for in the Zrinski Hall of Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia where the students are offered with three menus a day.
Good Traffic Connection
Due to its geographical position, Karlovac boasts excellent traffic connection, therefore, it is no surprise our students come here from all parts of Croatia. The hospitality of our beautiful city helps them connect with the student community.
