THE STUDENT COUNCIL
The Student Council is a nonpartisan, independent and non-political democratic body of all students of Karlovac University of Applied Sciences. The purpose of the Student Council is to protect the interests of students, promote student rights and participate in the work of all bodies at Karlovac University of Applied Sciences whose decisions, directly or indirectly, affect students. Members of the Student Council are elected on democratic elections for a period of two years. The Student Council consists of the President of the Student Council, the Vice President and the Students Ombudsman.
Among other tasks, the Student Council elects student members into the Professional Council of Karlovac University of Applied Sciences, names the Student Ombudsman and is, in general, concerned with the quality of student life, the quality of the study process, and all other related questions of importance to students.
