  1. Develop the ability to work independently as well as work with other specialists and services.
  2. Develop knowledge and understanding in the fields of social, natural and technical sciences to understand the key problems of occupational safety and fire protection.
  3. Develop the ability to find solutions to work safely in every workplace.
  4. Recognize the need and apply principles and rules for safe work in the field of occupational safety and fire protection.
  5. Recognize the need and apply regulations and standards in the field of occupational safety and fire protection.
  6. Participate in the preparation of risk assessment and the related protection measures.
  7. Develop the ability to manage and apply occupational safety and fire protection systems in practice.
  8. Apply acquired knowledge for quality training of employees in the field of occupational safety and fire protection.
  9. Conduct experiments and measurements in the laboratory.
  10. Use computer technologies.
  11. Conduct training about the use and maintenance of personal protective equipment.
  12. Develop the ability to use different forms of communication.
  13. Develop awareness of safety and health aspects and responsibilities in the field of occupational health and safety.
  14. Recognize the dangers and fire protection measures.
  15. Develop the ability to apply effective fire protection measures.
  16. Develop knowledge for involvement in protection and rescue actions in the event of technical hazards and natural disasters.
  17. Use a foreign language in everyday professional communication and literature.
