  1. Describe basic laws of economics and identify laws and processes that dominate the economic environment, (PTU01)
  2. Interpret basic concepts related to tourism and hospitality and explain the characteristics of tourism and hospitality (PTU02)
  3. Define and describe various specific forms of tourism (PTU03)
  4. Prepare, interpret and use key business indicators in tourist and hospitality business systems (PTU04)
  5. Understand internal and external accounting reports (PTU05)
  6. Develop a marketing plan of a hospitality organization based on market research and results of the market investigation (PTU06)
  7. Create prerequisites for raising competitiveness, which requires knowledge of customer needs and desires, their purchasing power, trends and habits along with a systematic study of competition (PTU07)
  8. Clarify and interpret the role of the management on the level of process functions, related to different types of services in hospitality (PTU08)
  9. Pursue, as a resource base for the preparation of information relevant for making business decisions in hospitality facilities, the achieved level of information technologies (PTU09)
  10. Implement general theoretical knowledge in the field of economics in specific activities in hospitality (PTU10)
  11. Apply presentation skills and communicate in appropriate and culturally acceptable manner in various tourist destinations, (PTU11)
