Description:

The concept of a set. Sets of numbers. Operations with sets (union, intersection, set difference, complement). The concept of a matrix, arithmetic operations within the set of matrices, the determinant of a matrix, the inverse matrix, systems of linear algebraic equations (Gaussian elimination method, Cramer's system and Cramer's method for solving systems). The concept of a function. The graph of a function. Composition of functions and the inverse function. Basic properties of functions (zeros, boundedness, monotonicity, periodicity). Algebra of functions. Elementary functions. Limit of a function. Continuity of a function. The concept of a derivative. Derivatives of elementary functions. Geometric interpretation of the derivative. Application of the derivative in analyzing the behavior of functions.
